I accepted this and understood it could take a few days, I tried emailing again asking why it takes so long and what other documents could I send to prove that I am who I say I am… nothing. Deposited over 2k with them and no problems accepting my deposit yet as soon as I try and withdraw £390, they close my account and say then need proof of ID, I send this to be told a week later it wasn’t accepted and that they can’t give me a time frame to assess my account. ![]() Over 2 months I have been waiting for my withdrawal to come through.
